To provide excellent fundamental, technical judo coaching to all members using traditional judo values and progressive coaching techniques that foster, promote and develop Judo in a safe, nurturing and friendly environment free from any undue pressure.
Our student's personal development goals are at the centre of our teaching approach and we aim to deliver a Judo experience that will be positive, inspiring and inclusive for all students.

Girls and Boys 5yrs / 6yrs - Wed 5.00pm to 5.45pm
Girls and Boys 7yrs / 8yrs - Wed 5.45pm to 6.45pm / Friday 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Girls and Boys 9 to 14yrs - Wed 6.45pm to 8pm/ Friday 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Teenagers and Adults - Wed 8pm to 9.15pm/ Friday 8.30pm to 9.30pm
Classes in Athenry provide a 12 week introduction to Judo program for all ages followed by a longer term structured development model which will help all students to maximize their potential.
