We offer Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and Muay Thai training as well as cardio, strength and conditioning Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-9pm.
In the New Year we will be booking occasional
Friday classes which will be geared towards bringing in specialized instructors for specific disciplines (i.e.: Boxing) for those interested in participating in an event or competition (please call ahead to ensure this class has been booked).
On Monday and Wednesday from 7:00-9:00pm Yukon Boxing Assoc. runs their Boxing classes. This is a separate fee and the schedule is set by Jess Staffen. To learn more about Yukon Boxing, visit their Facebook Page "Yukon Boxing"
NEW to our schedule is Youth Wrestling Club, which runs Mondays from 4:30-6:00 where coach Steve Rennalls will focus on the skills and techniques along with the fitness and self discipline.
