The Blue Light Company was founded to combat an emerging Blue Light epidemic effecting people of all ages, in our emerging digital and connected world. Scientific studies from Harvard and The University of Toronto have identified Blue Light supresses the secretion of hormones that support healthy sleeping habits such as Melatonin. The suppression of Melatonin has been linked in a number of global studies to poor sleeping habits, which are linked to psychological disorders and diseases as our body and its organs require quality sleep to function. Blue Light, we like to say is a silent assassin, it affects everyone globally every day and most of us are completely unaware of its impact in our everyday life.
