Core Precision Megaformer Pilates, Inc. is a boutique Yorba Linda Pilates studio. We offer group, private and semi-private Lagree fitness classes. Lagree fitness is a high intensity, low impact, core muscular strength and endurance workout that is adaptable to all fitness levels. Rooted in strengthening, tightening, and toning, the Lagree Method is considered the next evolution of both reformer Pilates and physical fitness.
