Danny’s Bread is founded by Daniel Mikus, an artisan baker and pastry chef. After going through school on the Gold Coast, Daniel moved to Sydney to learn his trade. He has spent the last ten years developing his baking and pastry skills there and has been under the tutelage Adriano Zumbo and Jessica Pedemont in pastry and taught baking by Myriam Cordellier at Victoire and Igor Ivanovich at Iggy’s where he has been the senior baker for the last four years.
