Daytime is Playtime
Policies & Procedures
a. Over the counter medications and prescription medication will be administered with written permission from parent and health care provider.
b. Over the counter Topical ointment will be administered with parent written permission
c. Verbal instructions:
i. Children older then 18mo. For one day only provider will administer over the counter medication with parent verbal instructions.
ii. Children older than 18mo. For one day only provider will administer prescription medication with parents’ verbal instructions and health care providers’ verbal instructions.
iii. Infants up to 18mo. For one day only provider will administer only over the counter medication with parents verbal instructions.
d. All medications must be provided by the parent and properly labeled.
e. Immunization records must be updated yearly. Medication consent forms every 6 months.
a. If the parent realizes that he/she will be late bring or picking up their child, they should call the provider as soon as possible.
b. Daycare hours: 05:30 to 17:30 Monday through Friday
c. Days absent: Payment is due. When closed payment is due.

b. Extra change of clothing daily would be appreciated.
4. TV. Rules:
a. A. TV viewing will be of appropriate subject matter, and limited throughout the day.
5. Substitute care arrangements:
a. If provider is unable to provide daycare. Provider will arrange for a substitute to care for the children, or the parent will use his/her own back up.
6. Illness policy:
a. If child shows signs of illness in daycare, parent will be notified.
b. Parents must notify the Provider of child illness or suspected illness
c. Provider will inform the parent of any contagious illness that may have been in the daycare
d. Please do not bring child with high fever, diarrhea, vomiting, contagious illness.
7. Authorized pick up:
