For the month of April, we will be running weekly mindfulness sessions on Mondays in Studio-55 in level 3 of the Library (Starting on the 9th of April and ending on the 30th April) .This will be a good space to take some time out (even if it’s only 10 minutes) to relax, unwind and practice mindfulness.
We will have mindfulness sessions running through the AUT Resilience App, as well as mindfulness colouring from 12:30 – 1:30pm. We are also offering free Mindfulness-focused Yoga sessions with Shanshan Ge from 1:30pm – 2:30pm. There will be 15 spaces available so to sign up email Hans at firstname.lastname@example.org.
