Some yoga experience is encouraged prior to attending a Trap Yoga class. If you are new to yoga consider attending Intro to Yoga prior to attending a Trap Yoga class.
During class we practice intermediate poses and encourage students to explore the delicate balance between doing and relaxing. Find your fullest expression of the pose where you feel challenged but not overdoing it or risking injury, and are able to find relaxation and surrender in the pose.
Grab a friend, a water bottle and a towel and come pump, dance, and stretch your way through this rhythmic and relaxing flow.
