Led by the Head Coach at Brigade, the guru himself...Michael Browne! Assisting will be Coach Karen aka "MA" who is an avid runner with TONS of distance/trail experience.
Running. Some love it and some hate it, but in fitness it is part of what we do. It is best to learn proper progressions, skills and drills to master running and turn the hate into like or love and those that love an infatuation and never enough!
During the seminar will cover, develop and test mechanics of how to run for distance (long) and for sprints (short). Drills to improve running technique through proper warm ups, tandem drills, execution/position of the body and breathing pattern.
Seminar will end at the track testing for baseline mile and 100m times on the final Sunday. The timing couldn't be any better as we get ready for Memorial Day weekend tribute workout of Murph, 1 mile run 100 pull ups, 200 push ups 300 air squats, 1 mile run.
