The final lecture in our "Frankenstein: Religious & Cultural Perspectives Speaker Series" will explore the many ways in which the 200-year-old text by Mary Shelley has been depicted in film and made its mark in film and media culture.

Speaker Dr. Lester Friedman is Emeritus Professor of the Media and Society Program at Hobart and Williams Smith Colleges. His scholarly interests include American cinema from the Post World War II era to the Present, British cinema, American-Jewish Images in the Media, and Medical Culture British Media in the Thatcher Era.
