A NEW, THREE-PART SERIES!
In the charitable sector, turnover rates for leaders in CEO and executive director positions have been hovering around 20 percent since 2015. Many experts expect to see that number grow. So what’s going on here? What kinds of support, strategies, and training could help more leaders be more successful? And how is the changing workplace affecting organizational structures and mission achievement?
Join the Johnson Center’s team of experts and special guests for a three-part series beginning April 19 to identify and explore the factors that contribute to this revolving door problem, and the influences and strategies that make it possible for the other 4-in-5 leaders to stay on the job.
"Developing Today’s Leaders for Tomorrow’s Organizations" is designed for emerging practitioners looking to pursue leadership positions in the future and for current leaders hoping to revisit and refine their leadership styles. As a cohort and in individual sessions, we’ll dig into evolving definitions of leadership, perennial challenges, and how you can prepare for and lead thoughtful, inclusive change in your organizations and mission areas.
Session Dates (each runs 8:30 a.m. to noon):
• Thursday, April 19
• Thursday, May 10
• Thursday, June 21
Cost: $349 for the full series
