This 4-hours workshop aims to give you tools to better know and understand yourself and your constitution derived from the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda (the Knowledge of Life) which is the therapeutic aspect of Yoga and the alternative Indian science of Healing. Once you get to know yourself you can then decide what is REALLY good for you in matters of health, diet and lifestyle, and Ayurveda will help you do that...
You shall learn about the basic five elements (Pancha Mahabhuta) and their properties and how they are directly related to our existence, you shall learn about the three qualities of being (Gunas) and how they define and shape your habits, you shall learn about the three humors (Doshas: Vata-Pitta-Kapha) and how they can explain our physical and mental traits and patterns and how they can influence our Diet and Lifestyle...
The second part of the workshop, you shall learn and practice a Yoga sequence to help you balance the three humors.
The participants shall receive a short pamphlet summarizing the main topics of the workshop.

Baba-Ji is a certified Ayurvedic therapist and Yoga teacher, he did his course of study and training in Ayurveda for six months in India where he spent two years following his studies and practice. He has two years of experience working with people from around the globe.
