Sponge cakes - fan torte, black forest cake, fruit torte and nelusko cake.
chiffon cakes - mango cake, pistachio cake, coffee crunch and rocky road.
butter cakes - moist chocolate cake, red velvet cake, carrot cake and apple walnut.
meringue cakes - sansrival, mango bravo, queens torte and brazo de mercedes.
cheesecakes - tiramisu, blueberry cheesecake, cookies & cream cheesecake and mango cheesecake.
Fee: 17,500.00 for the 5 days workshop or 3,700.00/day inclusive of ingredients.
Boxes and boards to be provided by the student.
All cakes made by the student will be brought home by the student.
