Keeping Young Minds Healthy

A light-hearted emotional well-being programme for young people aged 9-12.
Uses art, craft, music, sport, drama, discussion and mindfulness to build emotional resilience, develop confidence, self-belief, a growth mindset and emotional management.
Teaches relaxation and coping techniques to help young people handle whatever life throws at them.
Week 1 - Settling In, Feeling Safe and Comfortable
Week 2 - Your Amazing Body and Mind
Week 3 - Self-awareness
Week 4 - Valuing and Appreciating Yourself
Week 5 - Understanding Emotions
Week 6 - Managing Emotions
Week 7 - Communication
Week 8 - Putting It All together and Planning for the Future
