“Alert & Relaxed”: A Breath work & Meditation Workshop
With practice, it is possible to be alert and relaxed, active and calm at the same time. Yogic breathing techniques and meditation guide us toward this balanced state.
This workshop will include information on breathing anatomy and techniques to balance anxiety and stress. We will also look at fundamental meditation techniques, common misconceptions and pitfalls, and discuss why, in fact, anyone can meditate.
These techniques can be used to cultivate ease in daily life or incorporated to deepen your yoga practice.
