Join Austin Goodman Sunday the 15th at Veda for 2 hours of physical exploration. We will be examining the art of balance as it relates to physical function and performance, health, and longevity.
We will use breath work, standing meditation, movement games, and localized joint and muscle preparation techniques to build a more efficient, balanced body. Emphasis will be placed on the body's innate instinct to create and gravitate towards a relaxed, strong, and balanced state.
The tools gathered in this workshop can improve health and wellness for humans of any age and physical background, helping anyone who is ready to feel better in their body
