|Über uns||The Ecosystem Valuation Toolkit provides verifiable economic values to decision-makers for shifting investments towards environmental preservation, conservation and restoration.|
|Mission||Earth Economics applies new economic tools and principles to meet challenges of the 21st century: achieving the need for just and equitable communities, healthy ecosystems, and sustainable economies.|
This community page is maintained by Earth Economics, an independent, non-partisan non-profit. Earth Economics provides robust, science-based, ecologically sound economic analysis, policy recommendations and tools to positively transform regional, national and international economics, and asset accounting systems.
Earth Economics maintains the largest, spatially explicit, web-based repository of published and unpublished economic values for ecosystem services. With generous funding from our sponsors, in 2012 Earth Economics began porting our internal database to a web-based service. This web-based service is called The Ecosystem Service Valuation Toolkit and will be available in late 2012. For more information, please visit http://esvaluation.org.
