Come relax in a cave of 12,000 pounds of salt!
This natural therapy originated in the salt mines in Poland. Doctors have been prescribing it since the 1800s for asthma, bronchitis, allergies, congestion, detox, immune system, stress and sleep.
A machine grinds salt into the air, similar to being by the ocean, except this salty air is dry and more concentrated. When we breathe in the tiny particles of salt clean out the lungs, sinuses and detox the whole body. Negative ions clear the energy, recharge us as facilitate deep states of relaxation, meditation and healing.
