Kinderdance® was originally conceived and developed by Ms. Harsell, who started dancing at the age of 3 and has been involved with dance and early childhood education ever since. She always had three major loves: education, dance and business, which motivated her to attend and graduate from Dance Educators of America, New York City Teacher Training School. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Dance, and a Master of Arts degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Adapted Physical Education and Dance.

When I launched Kinderdance in India, it was a new concept but the depth in the program and its content changed my whole perspective giving me confidence that it definitely is a program that needs to be reached out to many many children for a better and healthy adulthood, it sure is more than just a dance company. Kinderdance is not just a company or business for me, but a soul that has been a journey in my life filled with spreading joy, seeing the cheers come through and most importantly a sense of responsibility to positively nurture the child's early childhood. It is a dream come true for me to be able to combine my passion in dance and children with a fulfilling career, while balancing my personal and professional life with ease and self-satisfaction.

About Kinderdance®
Kinderdance® is the original worldwide dance, motor development, gymnastics, and fitness program that combines academic readiness skills which are specifically designed for children ages 2 to 12. What makes Kinderdance® unique is that all of our programs incorporate educational concepts in a developmentally designed curriculum that teaches to the total child. We place special emphasis on building self confidence and self-esteem in young children.
