Konnie's birthlight Yoga classes for: YOGA FOR BABIES, TODDLERS & PARENTS uses playful yoga moves with songs and rhythms to enhance the natural development of the baby and incorporates postnatal Yoga for New Mothers to gently tone and strengthen. The classes provide an opportunity for the parent/carer to completely 'BE' with their child. Dads and carers are welcome as the classes are beneficial for everyone - new or experienced to yoga! WEDNESDAYS PRE-WALKERS 10.30 - 11.30 £6.50 per drop in or £36 for 6 classes FRIDAYS - WALKERS & CRAWLERS 10.30-11.30AM @ Pavillion in Great Cheverell £7 a drop in or £39 for 6 BIRTHLIGHT PREGNANCY YOGA classes provide a relaxed but energising preparation for birth and are an ideal complement to antenatal care with lots of FUN! The specially adapted gentle yoga postures help to maintain and improve emotional well being as well as increase strength, stamina and flexibility. Various breathing techniques are given to carry the pregnant mother through her pregnancy and help prepare her for the birth improving her chances of having a positive birth experience. The classes promote deep relaxation and a nurturing atmosphere, encouraging a unique bond with her unborn baby. My pregnancy yoga classes are offered to women after the first trimester throughout their pregnancy. Newcomers to yoga are welcome.
