Lean Six Sigma Canada offers Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt online training and certification. The same training and certification belt levels are being offered in our classroom training (either onsite or public, open enrollment).

In addition, for the onsite classroom training we offer White Belt (General Awareness), Champion, Project Sponsor and Executive Leader training as well as Implementation and Deployment Planning and Benefits Capture training.

What does onsite training mean? As for many organizations completing the training and certification requires extensive travel time and expenses, we will send one of our Master Black Belt instructors to your workplace to deliver a group training at your facility. Bringing an MBB instructor onsite is a convenient and cost-effective way, as the training will be delivered to your specific business challenges.

The Master Black Belt training will be instructed by Forrest Breyfogle. Forrest was awarded the Crosby medal in recognition for his cutting-edge approach to traditional Six Sigma methodologies. Breyfogle’s Implementing Six Sigma 2nd edition has become one of the most recognized and widely used texts for Lean Six Sigma training and education.
