|Mission||The MSSU Wellness Department's mission is to provide activities, programs, learning opportunities, and other tools needed to enable our faculty, staff, students, retirees, and their families to make choices and changes that lead to an overall healthy, well, and balanced lifestyle.|

As MSSU Wellness we offer many programs and opportunities for students and faculty and staff to live a balanced and well lifestyle. We offer an incentive program for students and faculty and stafff who live a healthy lifestyle. American Red Cross 1st Aid and CPR classes are offered throughout the semester. Wellness Wednesdays are aimed towards students who have one hour out of their busy school week to enjoy a fun activity that promotes wellness. We offer MicroFit sessions to evaulate an individuals physical health, and we offer an aqua massage to melt all your worries away! The Wellness Expo is an opportunity for all faculty, staff, and students to broaden their wellness horizons with many different opportunities and vendors to promote, harness, and exhibit thier wellness visions. We offer a Wellness Rewards Program to those who live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. To conclude the year we have a Wellness Luncheon for those who participate and attend our wellness events.
