Omar Hamoui, MD, has practiced urology in Hernando County since 2009. Born in Brooklyn, New York, he relocated to Florida with his family and graduated with honors from the University of Florida in Gainesville with both a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree.
Dr. Hamoui received his doctor of medicine degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He then completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in urology at the University of South Florida, where he was granted chief resident in 2009. He is a member of the American Board of Urology.
