My exercise programs are meticulously planned and designed to address each client's specific health and fitness needs.I specialize in core training, functional exercise and postural correction to improve form, functionality and performance. Using methods which will help my clients reach their goals, along with improved strength and vitality.
I have worked in a variety of settings, including corporate health, fitness centers, high school sports programs, mom and baby classes, yoga, group fitness (boot camps) and HOME fitness. NEW! to my career achievements are Mini trampoline fitness classes
