|Über uns||Love to sing along to the radio? Love to sing in the shower? Been told you can't sing? Then we are the choir for you! Come and join us as we sing like there is no one listening!|
Whether you can't sing, or lack the confidence to sing in a group, a Tuneless Choir is for you to experience the physical, emotional and social benefits of communal singing. Although we meet in a lovely church we are non-religious and don't sing hymns! We sing familiar songs from the likes of ABBA, Queen, and Beatles, we have even sung The Bear Necessarities!.
The Newcastle Tuneless Choir is brought to you by Leader Ashleigh Lowes and organiser Ann Nicol, known as 'Minty'. We usually meet every other Saturday starting at 14.00 until 15.30. Confirmed dates for 2017 are: 14th and 28th January, 25th February, 4th and 18th March, 1st, 8th and 22nd April, and 6th May 2017.
We are also going to the first Tuneless Choir Family Gathering on the weekend of 10 - 12 February. Contact us for more details
Registration with Tuneless Choir is £10 including the price of your first session, and a folder for your song lyrics, then it's £7 for the “pay as you sing” rate.
