|About||Tenshinsho Jigen Ryu Hyohou (天眞正自源流兵法) is a Koryu Bujutsu founded in 1508 by Kaiso Setoguchi Bizen no Kami (1431 - 1518)|
|Mission||We aim to pass on the ancient cultural heritage of the school to maintain alive the traditions of the Japanese culture and the Satsuma warriors. At the same time through the training of the sword we hope to attain the discipline and develop the character to become better human beings and contribute to the harmony and peace of the world.|
Tenshinsho Jige Ryu Satsunan Kai is the Florida branch of Tenshinsho Jigen Ryu Hyohou Sogobudo Genshinkai, the sole legitimate organization for this sword art in Japan. It's under the the supervision and guidance of the 28th generation headmaster of the style Ueno Kagenori, and with the contribution of the 29th inheritor Ueno Doushin.
Procedure to enter Tenshinsho Jigen ryu Florida Satsunankai:
The applicant must fill out a registration form to enter the school and after a period of 3 months by consideration of the branch chief and the Satsunankai board he may be accepted into the school and asked to sign an oath to the school (Keppan) in the old traditional way.
The new applicant will be required to pay a registration fee of $50.00 and the first month $50.00 at the time of signing.

• Because Satsunankai is not a comercial business, those who by any reason can not afford the registration, monthtly tuition or membership fee for a certain period of time please approach the branch chief for exception.
