It all started with me, Nick, who graduated from the United States in Hotel and Restaurant Management and has an extensive knowledge and experience in culinary, hospitality, and managing restaurants. Plus, I wanted to fulfill my dream: owning a small family business. Thus, I, together with my wife Bo and my brother-in-law Wynn, came up with a perception in opening a restaurant. However, it seemed that there were new restaurants opening everywhere. The almost-a-dead-end idea had hope when we were discussing about my mother-in-law’s playing card collecting hobby. The inspiration spurted out into a variety of concepts for our new restaurant: a casino. The casino concept also inspires the interior decors and customer interactions where the customers themselves are involved in staking their lucks in receiving promotions and complimentary items.
The name 50/50 represents the risks in gambling and our 50% food and 50% beverage service. Most importantly, it symbolizes the equal share between the qualities of the food, beverages and service we provide and our customers’ satisfaction in those qualities received.
Our restaurant’s prominent feature is the custom made furniture. Every bar stool, chair, table, and sofa in the restaurant was given a special attention to every last detail.
We offer different zones to fit your style. Besides à la carte, we service different selections of lunch sets, afternoon tea sets, and fine dining menu.
