Description Constituted 729th Aircraft Control and Warning Squadron on 16 February 1951. Inactivated on 15 July 1958. Redesignated 729th Tactical Control Squadron and activated on 6 January 1964. Organized on 1 July 1964. Inactivated on 25 June 1969. Activated on 15 October 1969. Inactivated on 30 November 1979. Activated on 1 October 1985. Redesignated 729th Air Control Squadron on 1 November 1991. Reassigned from TAC to ACC and further assigned to 388 FW. HQ ACC SO GB-51, 1 June 1992.
