|Mission||To help educate the general population about the best ways to lose fat, gain muscle and live a healthy life.|
9to5strength was founded by myself (Fraser) and Abhi. The idea was to create an online resource that covered all the basics of good nutrition and exercise selection for those with either fat loss or muscle gain goals.
After putting together a few articles and one Youtube video in 2013, we were both distracted and left it dormant for a number of years. As of May 2016 we put in a concerted effort to get this up and running.
Abhi is focusing on putting out quality content on the website while I run the Youtube channel. We are also on Instagram, which we alternate in use.
We both have a passion for healthy living, myself a former Fitness Instructor and BSc in Sports Science and Abhi a current PT and former unhealthy eater who has since shed around 100 lbs in body-weight.
The content is slow-going as the two of us work 60 hour weeks in our regular jobs, but the intention is to put out quality content rather than churn out endless articles like other fitness sites.
