It can be a quick pick-me-up during your lunch break, a regular appointment used as a preventative/restorative measure or used short term and intensively for a specific purpose. Reflexology is a safe, natural technique of applying pressure to specific points of the feet, relating to the body’s different organs and systems. Regular treatments can gently encourage the body to heal itself and promote a natural state of balance. As a professional Reflexologist I work alongside your GP and other health professionals.
