This is an exercise studio that offers a variety of the most popular fitness programs to our
clients including: Spinning, TRX, Circuit Training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Boot Camp, Kickboxing, Pilates, and Yoga classes. We engage our clients to activate their lives, challenge their fitness level and help them transform into the best version of themselves possible!
Our clients choose Spinning (cycling) classes for weight loss, aerobic base building and performance enhancement. By tracking heart rates throughout our clients stationary bicycle workout, we illustrate
the best practices for fitness, turning every class into a fun, customized program that works at exactly the level necessary to achieve their goals.!
Our clients choose TRX classes to build muscle, improve core strength and increase mental endurance. TRX straps are bolted securely to the ceiling and clients are guided through a series of exercises that use body weight to provide an intense workout that can be customized to their personal fitness level by adjusting their angle to the strap and thus the amount of weight they are working with !
Our clients choose Circuit classes for a varied and challenging full body workout. We move our clients through a number of ‘short burst’ intervals, each one concentrating on a different area of the
body. This keeps our clients engaged and motivated while moving from one station to the next !
Our clients choose yoga classes for a full body workout to build strength and keep muscles flexible thus preventing injury from overworking and repetitive movement. Each class is customized to the
yogi’s personal fitness level and modifications are given for injuries that prevent full range of motion.
They also learn to use breathing techniques that help to reduce stress and leaves them feeling calm and centered both on the mat and in their daily lives.
