Exercise classes for New Mums and Mums to Be - designed to help you stay in shape during pregnancy or get back in shape after birth.
Exercise is a great way to stay in shape whilst pregnant or loose excess weight after the birth of your baby.
The Antenatal exercise classes are designed specifically to meet the special requirements of pregnant mums, focusing on strength, toning and keeping active, rather than strenuous aerobic or resistance exercise.
The Postnatal exercise classes are also designed with the new mum in mind, with the added bonus of being able to bring baby along with you! These classes help mums to loose weight, tone up and strenghten the key areas, to make caring for a new baby a little bit easier.
The instructor is a qualified Personal Trainer, and specialist in Antenatal and Postnatal exercise, and a mum of a 2yr old little boy.
