Perfect for those wanting to work on their fitness and strength, weight management, falls prevention or for those with health concerns such as diabetes or heart conditions.
The classes are varied week to week and incorporate resistance work with equipment, balance and aerobic exercises to music and laughter.
The instructor Jess Nall, is an accredited exercise professional, teaching classes since 2003 and is experienced in modifying exercises to suit the individual.
