Adamson’s specialty is it’s “Prime Rib” French Dip sandwich, the beef is USDA Choice and is selected from Mid-West corn fed cattle, far and away the most flavorful beef available. Adamson’s signature flavor and tenderness comes from rubbing the meat with a proprietary spice blend before slowly roasting in their Genuine Oak-Fired oven.
The Prime Rib beef is sliced to order directly in front of the customer and piled high on a super soft fresh baked French roll with Adamson’s own authentic “jus” created from meat drippings and our secret herbs and spices. It’s like a tiny bowl of French onion soup, minus the onions.
In addition to the dip sandwiches, Adamson’s serves four Oak-Fired “BBQ” sandwiches where Tri-Tip, Pulled Pork and Chicken are featured. The small menu also offers crispy seasoned French fries, beer battered onion rings, homemade potato salad, cole slaw and wood-oven roasted beans with more heat than sweet.
And Adamson’s makes there own premium draft root beer. To top off the menu Adamson’s serves hand scooped root beer floats, milkshakes and beer served in ice cold frosty mugs.
