Weekly casual dance fitness class to both Modern and Old school tunes. Come and sweat it out whilst dancing many energetic dance styles such as, Jazz, Theatrical Jazz, Hip Hop, Latin ballroom styles, Twerk and much more,
Class focus is to get your heart rate up whilst busting out fun choreography distracting you from your intense workout you are actually doing.
This class is suitable for adult ages 25-85 ensuring three levels of intensity throughout the class (low impact, med impact, High impact)
Classes are held in the professional studios at Instyle Performing arts.
