|About||For gamers who want to take it to the next level - CQB/room clearance in our purpose-built prison in the midst of our 'jungle' woodland. Over 15's only.|
These sessions are by request and are run by marshals trained in CQB by ex-SAS trainer Bob Podesta who trained the guys that ended the Iranian Embassy Siege in London in 1980. The area has been tactically designed by a Hostile Environment Close Protection operative and set designed by a head set designer of Torchwood and Dr Who.
You will set time trials in room clearance against enemy (X-ray) using infra-red guns after which you will carry out a rescue mission (using airsoft guns) as a special forces team in a hostile environment. Your primary weapon will be either MP5 or M4 supported by your secondary weapon - Glock 19.
Definition of CQB -
"CQB consists of small units or teams which engage with the enemy with personal weapons at very short range, up to 30 meters. In the typical close quarters combat scenario, the attackers try a very fast takeover of a vehicle or structure controlled by the defenders, who usually have no easy way to withdraw. Because enemies, hostages/civilians, and fellow operators can be closely intermingled, close quarters combat demands a rapid assault and a precise application of lethal force. The operators need great proficiency with their weapons, and the ability to make split-second decisions in order to minimise accidental casualties"
We look forward to welcoming old and new customers for this experience.
