...Aerial yoga is like normal yoga... times 10. Not times 10 in terms of difficulty, but in terms of how effective, fulfilling and calming it was.
Even if you never do normal yoga before, you should positively consider giving Aerial yoga a try.
Most of the floor yoga poses will be applied on the hammock easier, especially inversion poses. You can do headstand, handstand...in 1, 3, 5...till 10 minutes and more!!!
