Delivers full-spectrum, cost-effective healthcare support to K TRICARE beneficiaries, 4 wings and 61 associate units. Provides primary care, aerospace medicine, dental and mental health services with >440 personnel, 11 buildings, and an annual budget of >$28M. Promotes health/fitness and prevents occupational/environmental illnesses for 23K base employees. Enables the deployment of 5.2K TF personnel and staffs 12 deployment teams.
The 75th MDG is comprised of the 75th Aerospace Medicine Squadron (75 AMDS), 75th Medical Operations Squadron (75 MDOS) and the 75th Medical Support Squadron (75 MDSS).
As the only Military Treatment Facility in Utah, the 75th Medical Group, Hill AFB, UT, (75 MDG) provides primary care and a limited range of specialty services for military beneficiaries. Comprised of 450 active duty, civilian and contractor employees, the 75 MDG provides operational and primary health care support to nearly 18,000 enrollees and over 71,000 TRICARE beneficiaries in four states. The 75 MDG provides primary support to the 388th Fighter Wing, the 419th Fighter Wing, the Utah Test and Training Range, activated reserve component service members, and 61 associate units throughout northern Utah, while providing direct support to the Ogden Air Logistics Center.
The 75 MDG has two clinics that offer primary medical care to active duty personnel and their family members, retirees, and dependents of retirees: the Family Health Clinic and the Flight Medicine Clinic. Specialty services available at the MDG include Women’s Health, Physical Therapy, Mental Health, Audiology, Dental, and Optometry. Ancillary services supporting the base community include Clinical Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Immunizations, Bioenvironmental Engineering, Army Veterinary Services, Public Health, Health Promotions, and Family Advocacy.
The group is comprised of four squadrons: the 75th Medical Operations Squadron, the 75th Medical Support Squadron, the 75th Dental Squadron, and the 75th Aerospace Medicine Squadron.
Clinic Hours are Monday through Friday 0700-1600. The main facility is closed the second Wednesday of every month for unit readiness training, federal holidays and AFMC Family Days. The Satellite Pharmacy is located inside the Hill Base Exchange. It is open Monday through Friday 0800-1700.
