Fully qualified PT with a Diploma in Fitness, CPR & First Aid whilst studying Exercise Science and Anatomy and Physiology.
All necessary workout equipment provided to the client's preferred location - whether that be at their house, the park, or even my home. Wherever you want to train!!!
