Mission AgeOptions, the Area Agency on Aging of suburban Cook County, Illinois, since 1974, is committed to improving the quality of life and maintaining the dignity of older persons, people with disabilities and those who care about them through leadership and support, community partnerships, comprehensive services, accurate information and powerful advocacy. Our mission is to sustain and promote independence for older adults in their homes and communities.
Description Older adults, people with disabilities and those who care for them look to AgeOptions to identify resources and options that honor their goal of living their lives to the fullest. With a network of partner organizations, we ensure that older adults and people with disabilities in suburban Cook County maintain access to vital services such as in-home assistance and adult day services, nutrition and health care programs, as well as respite and other services for caregivers.
