To be a recognized leader in the grain industry through integrity and dedication in helping our customers succeed.
On May 1, 1999, four grain and farm supply cooperatives in North Central Kansas, Cloud County Cooperative, Concordia, Randall Farmers Cooperative Union, Randall, Delphos Cooperative, Delphos, and Farmway Co-op, Beloit, merged their grain marketing efforts for the North Central Kansas producer.
This was the first of many steps to forming AgMark LLC, a joint venture between the four cooperatives to enhance the marketing efforts of the North Central Kansas producer.
AgMark LLC purchased the west Cloud County Co-op elevator facility, located west of Concordia on hwy. 9, to upgrade for loading 110 car trains in less than 15 hours.
In addition to high speed train loading, the facility was also equipped to dry and clean grain for markets that require it. The total warehouse capacity is 1.7 million bushels.
In the spring of 2002, AgMark added 3 million bushels of storage at the train loading facility to accommodate the fast harvest process and stage grain for shipment at a later time.
In May of 2003, the Cloud County Coop purchased the Delphos Coop's 10% share in AgMark. The owners of AgMark are now Farmway Coop with 50%, Cloud County Coop 40%, and Randall Farmers Coop with 10%. The Delphos Coop no longer has any ownership interest in AgMark LLC.
AgMark operates elevators in 20 separate North Central Kansas Communities.
AgMark is fortunate to have a Kansas State Grain Inspection Service on site at the train loading elevator to grade all inbound and outbound grain for the facility. This service also serves the elevators in the surrounding area.
All grain marketing functions take place in the General Office in Beloit, Kansas.
