Princess Cruises and Holland America Line offer competitive wages for summer jobs in Alaska and Seattle. Wages vary depending on your position, level of experience, and additional qualifications. In Alaska, the minimum wage is $7.75 per hour and overtime is paid for hours worked over 8 hours per day or over 40 hours per week. Additionally, an Incentive Program may be available depending on your work location, the type of work you do and your commitment to work a specified period.
The Alaska and Canada seasons run from early May through late September. Training programs may be scheduled prior to May. The preferred applicant would be one who can commit to work the entire season.
