1. PROJECT IDENTIFICATION/DRAWINGS

2. FIRST SITE VISIT
Based on reports,
The site specs are properly forwarded to the commercial contracts department
Civil challenges or changes required are checked and studied
Change of specification with respect to actual is highlighted
Meeting client and understanding the requirements.
Subsequent site visits are done to understand the site requirements,
Site engineer meetings develop the base for preparation of site absolutes.
3. SITE MOBILIZATION
Prior site mobilization the material check availability is established.
Location of consignment materials and area of storage/stock and accessibility is studied jointly. This is necessary for reducing time.
Once agreement is finalized the technician teams are mobilized of site along with the respective tools.
4. COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATIONS (PROJECT AWARD/SPECIMEN FORMAT )
The commercial contract department prepares the quote and submits to the respective head of client’s office
Once project is awarded the time frame calculations are done which establish the completion of project
The time frame calculations are based on strength of employees, location of project working season / shift, type of job, make of Elevator equipment, additional works undertaken and speed of civil completion. Subsequent client meetings, site visits are being done by the Sr. site engineer and coordination team.
A thorough site study is done based on the drawing specification
Taking in consideration the logistics and accommodation a report is established.
