This is one of the best ways to build up your strength, balance, endurance and it's a lot of fun as well. Walking inside our Water Walking Balls can be a real challenge. The trick is to hold onto the sides of the ball as you lean forward and walk or run slowly. It Just takes a little practice but soon you will be walking on water easily.
5 minutes inside our Walking balls = 25 minutes on a treadmill + sauna!!
