Amazing Dinner New York

Wow! What an amazing dinner. Seriously, I had such high hopes for this place, and it absolutely met all of them.
Let's start with the ambiance. From the moment we walked in, my boyfriend was blown away by how much it really looked like a Parisian cafe. I agreed--I've never been to Paris, the city, but I have been to Paris, the casino in Vegas, and this place had very similar (and classy) decor.
We each started with absinthe cocktails. As a general rule of thumb, if a whole section of a cocktail menu is dedicated to one liquer, I like to try to one of those cocktails. I got the Matterhorn, it was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The absinthe flavor was present, but not overwhelming
