Description I am Andi, a born nature lover, earth angel, intuitive, empath, sensitive and emotional health gardener.

After spending years training and working in my first passion, horticulture, I finally found my calling when I became attuned as a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner in 2012. I knew this is where I am meant to be.

Whilst I still ran my gardening business, I continued to practice Reiki and train with AAMET (now EFTi) in Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques and then Matrix Reimprinting with EFT Master Karl Dawson at EFTMRA.

We all are part of nature. So we need to grow and evolve to adapt to our environment,and this is what I have done.

I have brought together my two passions of nature/ horticulture and healing in a unique hybrid, providing a comprehensive set of services using naturally based energies, techniques including EFT and MR and tools to assist, support and guide you as you navigate your health and wellness challenges.

From nurturing your through your Menopause, supporting your personal growth, letting go of the old, pruning out the deadwood to building your self-esteem and setting your boundaries so you can have time for you.

I work closely with clients to achieve measurable results by reviewing each stage and adjusting our focus to ensure you grow and develop in the right direction.
