Our breads and pastries are made with flours and grains from skilled British millers and growers. The sourdough breads are entirely naturally leavened in a 36 hour process which best allows the flavours to develop.
We offer ‘Round Hill Roastery’ coffee, to enjoy with our pastries and enriched breads, which have a lightness of crumb and real depth of flavour.
Our shop is located on Lower Castle Street, next to The Angel Hotel.
