|Mission||To introduce the art of authentic Indian cooking to those who love to cook as well as the Ayurvedic properties (health benefits) behind the various spices used in Indian cooking. I also want to encourage those cooking Indian food to become more confident with using spices.|
Learn to make authentic Indian food on a one-to-one basis in the comfort of your own home.
There are three packages available to suit budget where you choose the dishes you would like to learn from my list of main and side dishes.
As well as the three course packages a special course for those of you who want to learn that bit more is on offer. Where you will be taught, amongst other things, how to make your own Garam Masala, Paneer (Indian Cheese), Snacks and Starters and how to create the perfect Indian Dinner Party for friends and family.
Or if inviting friends and family around for a party is your thing, then as an alternative to going out for an Indian meal at a Restaurant or ordering a take away. Host an Indian Cookery Party and enjoy the art of Indian cooking in a fun, hands on way all in the comfort of your own home.
All ingredients for my courses and parties, including spices are included and I source fruit, vegetables and meats organically, locally and seasonally.
Further details on courses and parties are available from me.
