Our food travels long, weary miles to arrive at our tables at an extreme environmental and financial cost, and unfortunately, there hasn't often been an alternative option. We feel compelled to change that. With a handful of seeds and the internet, we've figured out how to grow amazing food throughout the year, with no pesticides, no GMOs, no antibiotics, nothing but seeds and organic nutrients. It worked so well that we've been able to share it with our family and friends.
Turns out, this ultimate farm-to-fork arrangement seems to resonate with more than just our families and friends; it's the solution to something bigger. So we built a hydroponics system. And then another. Now, we're scaling this system from a 100 square foot bedroom to a 14,000 square foot warehouse to make it happen. We source all the nutrients from OMRI-certified manufacturers, and all energy requirements are from renewable and sustainable sources.
We're bringing that dream of a local urban farm to all of you.
