My parents were born and raised in Haifa, Palestine. They lived in a tight knit neighborhood that peacefully and happily brought together Christians, Jews, and Muslims over the foods that they shared. ARBA means “four” in both Arabic and Hebrew, and represents not only the four plate options we offer but the coalescing of food, family, friends, and community.
In 2008, I opened Baba’s Kitchen in Locust Point with the intention of bringing great food from my Mediterranean culture to South Baltimore. With Arba, I'm proud to deliver a food stall experience highlighting the neighborhood street foods my parents were raised with.
I hope you enjoy our food and atmosphere as much as I enjoy creating it.
